We called an made an appointment, the designer came to the house, did ask the measurements and drew up some quick plans. We went to the actual store for some final details and looking at their samples. Jill, our designer, was great. My wife is very happy with the plans and after some minor adjustments, she's going to set up the installation. We're very happy with the process.
