My name is Pamela Burr and I have been a designer with California Closets Connecticut for over 7 years. I have always loved design and organization. I utilize my years of design, organization, and customer service to provide the best experience for customers. The best part of my job is that I get to meet new people and help make their lives more functional in many areas of their homes.
I love to see the transformation of the areas after installation and the reaction of my customers to the products they have chosen and the function of the space.

- The design process went smoothly, we appreciated Pam’s input and suggestions. The install went well and we really love our new cabinets.
- In August 2023, we had a great experience as we enlisted Pam from California Closets (CC) to help us design and schedule the installation of our new Master Bedroom closet system. We had interviewed reps from 2 other companies, and decided upon CC because of pricing and product design services representation by Pam, our designer. When it came time for our installation, we were so very impressed with our installer, Kevin. He arrived on time and focused upon completing the task. Provided a very clean finished product and workspace when he left. Very happy with this our 2nd experience with this office of CC.

- Our process was even better than I had hoped. Pam helped us to design 3 beautiful closets that fit within our budget, and explained all of the different pricing levels so that we were able to pick and choose features that worked for us. We had been wasting a ton of space, but now have the whole closet available for storage. The installation was excellent, even vacuumed the insides of the drawers and wiped everything down. We also noticed they even filled in a screw hole from our previous closet rod! The timing from design to installation was much faster than we anticipated.
