Lori Chase

My experience with my contact and designer, Lori Mann, has been nothing short of extraordinary. She has always been there to answer any questions I have. Also, Hector, the installer was great, professional, and cleaned up after himself. After the installation was completed, Hector cleaned up after himself so well that you would never know he was here. The wall unit is even better than I thought it would be.

We were very pleased with everything from the first time I walked in the store to the completion of the project.

Competent and professional advice. Our design associate, Lori Mann with California Closets, gave options and explained them thoroughly. We were not rushed. She listened to our needs and found solutions including the generation of a computer view of the room being designed with it's colors and trim we selected. We are thrilled with the outcome thus far (we will meet again with her in a week to refine and complete the order).

Lori is very attentive and came to our home to measure the spaces. We have dealt with other vendors in Dallas and we ask them to come and make measurements to make sure they are correct. They won’t comply so we have to do the measurements. This is our second project with Lori and would highly recommend her.

I would like to say how impressed I was with California Closets' work product and service. The initial consultation with Lori Mann Chase the Design Consultant was excellent. She was easy to work with, very professional; and friendly , willing to listen to my ideas, very prompt in replying and in sharing the design proposal and she did an excellent design within the budget I was wanting . I cannot express enough what a good job she did. The cabinet arrived on the date promised ( not to be taken for granted nowadays!) and the installer was also very professional and nice. Although there was a part missing and a panel that was drilled incorrectly , the replacement also took place when promised and that installer was extremely accommodating, even offering to come back and install an electrical outlet hole in the counter top if I should change my mind. The cabinet is beautiful, exactly what I wanted and very high quality. All in all, this was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use California Closets again and would recommend the company very highly.

Lori Mann is always quick to respond and help me with projects, even if it's just a quote. I can always count on her.
