I had the pleasure of collaborating with Kristyne and Steve on the design and installation and are more than happy to have had the opportunity to work with both. Kristyne came to my residence with samples and laptop, took measurements and within two hours she had come up with two very nice design options. Throughout the month-long process from my first contacting her to the final design and installation, she was always super responsive to any questions and concerns I had and I never felt that I was bothering her. I really appreciated her feedback and her calm and friendly demeanor.- Kristyne Coen in the Brighton office was SUPERB!!! Made the process so easy and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Showroom is excellent - good examples of materials and accessories. Installation folks were also polite, pleasant and professional. Wonderful experience all around and we love our new walk-in closet.
