Our sales rep Jackie came with high praise from my parents. When we first bought our home, she took the time to explain the process when she did the measurements and survey of our needs. And while we weren't quite prepared to do undertake the project from a financial standpoint at the start, we never felt pressured or harassed into completing the project. When the time was right for our budget, we reached out to Jackie. We were excited as installation day arrived. The installer seamlessly went about his work and completed the install perfectly. The product was ready for IMMEDIATE use and we couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!

Because we are moving into a newly constructed condo, Jackie had to adjust the design several times as the builder made unexpected changes to the closets.
