Elena did a great job in assisting in meeting all my design requirements for the two closets I purchased. The staff also kept me updated on how the assembly of the closets were progressing.

I am thrilled with both our master bedroom closets that California Closets designed and installed. Elena was our designer. She was patient, professional and a joy to work with. My small, oddly shaped walk in closet really needed a professionals eye to provide a solution for maximum hanging space, shoe storage and drawers. Elena’s design exceeded my hopes. I’m told it like a ‘stars’ closet. The installers were on time, pleasant and cleaned the closet when done. The quality of the material used is 5 stars. There was one item that did not work as we expected and CA Closets went above and beyond to provide options and a solution. I highly recommend California Closets!

We LOVE our new closet!!! The team at California Closet was amazing from day one. We worked with Elena and Melissa through our process our order. They understood exactly what we wanted and we never felt any pressure to buy. In fact, I was clear that we were shopping around and they were just happy to be included in the search. Now as far a pricing, California Closet is NOT the cheapest. But I truly believe that you get what you pay for. Other vendors that we met with could beat the price, but the quality of the material used was not what we were looking for. I feel like with CA Closet, we received a high quality product. Due to the delay in materials we were quoted about 8 to 10 weeks for our system to be installed. Our installation was exactly on the day we were quoted with no changes. Our installation was a 2 day process. Day 1 was the tear down. Jaime was the gentlemen that came to do all the prep. He was very professional and did an outstanding job matching the paint colors on our walls. On our 2nd day of installation the installer discovered an issue with our closet wall. Unknown to us, our closet had been modified and a portion of the wall did have studs in the wall. The installer said that if we had a hanging system he would strongly advise us to not continue the install. But seeing how our unit went all the way to the floor, and with his installation experience, he believed it was still safe to install our unit. He took the time to reinforce the until in every possible way. He made us feel very comfortable with continuing the install. Overall, this reach in closet unit is incredible and meets all of our needs. The quality of the product is top notch and I would highly recommend using California Closest for your next project. I know we are already planning our next room!!!
